Our Commitment

planv_bw.jpgIt was 2003 when Newsweek featured their cover asking, “So What’s Plan B?” Despite a continued military presence in Iraq, the violence and insurgency continue and the country seems no closer to our goal of a successful democracy than it did back then.

Americans had hoped that the claims of the Bush Administration – that we would be welcomed as liberators (and would quickly set the country onto a peaceful and secure path to democracy) would be realized. We hoped that the men and women serving in Iraq would return home quickly and would feel the pride and satisfaction of knowing that they had made a contribution to the people of Iraq, to their country, and to the future of the world.

newsweek_iraq.jpgSo, rather than stand back and assume that sending more troops and continuing the programs that have thus far only scratched the surface of needed change in Iraq, we dissected the causes behind the unrest in Iraq to devise PLAN V – for Victory and Peace.

We ask that you give this a fair review and, if at all possible, help us move our plan from paper to reality in Iraq soon.
